MP3 files in Nuvi 350

| When I open my mp3 player in Nuvi 350, I see some files that do not
play and cause a hang up of the system. I see these files even when I
remove my SD card, so I assume they should be in the internal storage
of Nuvi. But when I connect the Nuvi to my computer, I cannot see
these files in the MP3 folder or any other place, even when I look for
hidden files. Anybody knows how I can see & get rid of these buggers?

Press and hold the speedometer at the dashboard page for 10 sec to
view system info.
