Arizona not on DST byr Nuvi 350 is one hour off.

Yes: go to the Time Zone setting on your Nuvi and choose one which is
one hour in the direction you want, and set it to that. I have the
same problem with my old 60C and checked for a software update, but
none exists for that issue.

For all of Arizona just turn off dst.
