I've just got a new Garmin nuvi 310.
Approximately how long does a full recharge take for the Garmin nvbi
310 using the USB option on my PC?
I can't see any indicator onscreen to say how the recharge is
progressing.

From fully discharged, somewhere from three to eight hours. Please try
not to fully discharge the internal battery: leave a little in there for
technical reasons.

You won't see it if the device is showing the 'connected to the computer'
icon. (I'd like this to be fixed.) But if you tell the computer you're
finished with the device and it resets to its normal 'working' display,
you can.
