c330 Routing indecisive

| When going from home to the airport, my c330 tries to take me 5 miles
past the turnpike, and put me on the interstate (a slower route). When
returning home from the airport, it tries to take me 3 miles past the
interstate entrance, and put me on the turnpike. I have the GPS set for
"fastest route". FYI- the turnpike is faster than the interstate.
Why does it choose different routes for going and coming.
I use the turnpike regardless, and then let the GPS recalculate.

One of the things I have found when I get routing like that is that the
map the unit is using for routing does not have a road connection at the
intersection.
Zoom in real tight and see if the roads actually intersect.
I have also had my routes try to take me off of a flyover that has no
intersection with the road I am trying to get on.
We are back to the map maker and the time and effort put into their
product. That horse isn't kicking anymore.
