| I just replaced my SPIII Deluxe with a 2720 and I've been playing around
with it...getting to know each other. The manual that came with it
indictates that I should be able to change things like the data fields
beside the map, etc., but try as I might, the selections that are in the
manual just don't appear. When I was setting it up and preparing to
download the drivers, the manual said I should use the 'cd-rom that came
with it'. There was no cd-rom and when I called Garmin, they said there WAS
NO cd-rom...what the instructions 'meant' was to wait until I was told to
turn the unit on. Did I get some pages from a different model in my
instruction book or have they changed the unit and not the manual? I
*think* I'm smart enough to follow instructions, but maybe not?????????
