I've dropped my 60C from about a metre several times by accident.
Generally, it's landed on concrete, including once directly onto the
antenna. Apart from minor surface scuffs, it's undamaged and still
working fine. I'd be very surprised if a 1m drop isn't part of the
design specification, wouldn't you (rhetorical)?
