Nuvi 360 organizing favorites + not recognize characters from my mobile

| I have a Nuvi 360 and I have 2 questions.
a) Whenever I save a location, it is get saved in my favorites and stays
there. But I want afterwards to organize the folder and move them ie. some
to community, some to hospitals ecc. How can I do that? Is it possible? I
connected the device to the pc through usb but I can't see any folders.
(note that I'm not very "bright" in computer stuff :-) )
b) The device is compatible with my mobile phone (Samsung SGH D900) through
bluetooth but whereas it shows the phone numbers ok there is a huge problem
with the names. It doesn't recognize any word. All the letters have been
replaced with "diamond shapes" (my default language is greek).
I know that Nuvi 300 has the greek alphabet but not the 360. Is that weird?
Isn't the same model + bluetooth?
Any suggestions?

Do you have the latest unit firmware? There have been many updates to the
text and spoken languages.
