Other than the obvious differences in size and placement of screen, overall
size and shape, ability to float etc. are there any performance differences?
Why the different wording under built-in memory, no vs. none (cannot load
maps to memory) aren't they both the same in that regard? Thanks!

As far as I know the units are technically identical other than the points
you raise and the size of the micro SD card supplied with the them at first
purchase.

The mount of the micro SD is different in the units, and doesn't the
76 one have a connector for an external antenna and the 60 does not?

Mounting may be different but the 60CSx does have an external antenna
connector,
