How long did it take for CN update to arrive?

| I ordered CN v6 NY a week ago and nothing yet. I know it said 6-10 days
shipping, but am wondering how those who ordered it had it delivered from
Garmin?
My postal service hasn't been too reliable as late. They've been leaving
and returning stuff to me that look seriously chewed up by their machines.

Why ordered the CN v6 (what is NY?) when CN 2008 (v9) is the current
latest?
I never ordered the upgrade to know for sure, but I asked for the DVD
version and it arrived the next day (and free too).
