Audio Version for Street Pilot 2720

| I have unit software version 7.10 and I want to change the audio from Jill
to Jack. Downloaded the most recent audio file and I still get Jill.
Anyone have the same problem or how do I cure it???

You left one of the most important parts that have you CHANGED/switched
from Jill to Jack?

What??? After you load the file to the unit, which I have done several
times, where do you change one to the other, is that what your question is??
