I think it is in this vicinity: N32 43 45.4 W116 11 02.1
You can use google maps and zoom in on that location to see it, the
satellite photo shows a nice shadow of the bridge, it is real easy to
spot it.
I looked for it on Garmin's U.S. Topo (1:100,000) mapping and also on
MetroGuide V3.02 but the location is not marked on the map. If you use
the U.S. Topo West map and pick the location where the railroad tracks
cross the intermittent stream near the Tunnel Fifteen Spur that is the
location I gave above.

I use to hike and backpack that area back in the 70's, early 80's going
in from the Dos Cabesas arae and the Jacumba area. Nice hiking in the
winter as long as you're alert to flash floods in the canyons...rugged
area.
