| How do I get my Nuvi 350 to simulate a trip without the trip starting at the
home location?

Push the bottom right hand corner of the screen where the "miles" tab is.

| Edwin - is there a way with the Nuvi 310 to set location other than using
the map?

| Here is one place where the answer to you question is...
http://www.gpspassion.com/forumsen/...?TOPIC_ID=63780
This is one way to do what you are after - as listed in the site
above.
To quickly move your location to somewhere else:
1. Where to? - input destination/location you want (Seattle/Tacoma
airport) as usual, and "Go!"
2. Let it calculate route
3. Press No to Not simulate
4. Go to Menu again, Where to, and select Near on the places choice
screen
5. Select My Destination at the Search Near screen
6. The screen will return to the places choice screen. Go to the 3rd
page of this area, and select Browse Map.
7. Press Set Location
Now you can go back to the Main screen and do a Where To? to Safeco
Field.
This is the start of a great Nuvi resource...
