Is there an advantage to the Mapsource City Navigator North America versus
the Metro Guide Canada for use in Canada?

CN 8 - Although streets in small towns/villages are shown, they are NOT named.
Rivers and lakes are NOT shown (except in major cities). There have been NO
error corrections (again, except in major cities). All of this is in reference
to NS. Perhaps it is better in other parts of the country.

MG Can 4 - Shows all lakes/rivers (appears to be identical to the Topo). Small
town/village streets ARE named. Even long farm driveways are shown.

The routing appears to be the same for both - ok in general, but without
much regard for one way streets.

If you don't need the US maps, MG Can 4 is a far better program for
anything outside of the major provincial cities.

If are using it predominantly in Canada save you money and use MG Canada V4
rather buy CN NA V8.
I have both and use MG Canada V4 as a first choice in Canada because it has
much better detail and CN NA V8 is not really that up to date in Canada
anyway
