What am I doing wrong?

According to the nüvi manual, the Cingular (now AT&T) Blackberry 8700c is
"supposed" to work with the nüvi but I can't get mine to show any dialed or
received calls or even the contact list on the nüvi.

I can easily pair the nüvi to the Cingular Blackberry 8700c and make or
receive phone calls with either the Blackberry 8700c or with the dial pad
on the nüvi - but I can not get the nüvi to show any contacts or recent
calls.

Is there some nüvi action or nüvi setting I'm missing?
