I see it can take an SD card, what is the size limit? No info with the
unit or at Garmin.

If I buy a Canada topo map and put it on the SD card, how do I switch
between CN and Topo?

Can the 250 be used for geocaching?

Thanks!

Once you install Topo there is an option under settings to select which map
set to use.

Yes, though by no means ideal it has an off-road navigation feature - select
under Navigation settings. There's a coordinates entry option under Where
To? I put US Topo on my Nuvi 200 and did some geocaching - works fine.
Topo is not required for Geocaching but does show trails that are not in CN.
You'll probably want to turn off the 3D view of the map as well. Don't
forget to reset all of this when you get back on the highway. Even though
they show roads Topo maps won't autoroute.
