When I stop and sometime even while moving. My n200 can't seem to
determine the direction I am heading and thinks I'm spinning aroundor
suddenly going n the opposite direction

While driving it will of course cause multiply recalculating messages.
Is this normal behavor for this model or is it defective? Anyone else
have this happen?

the c330 I had never had this "feature"

Thanks

The Nuvi 200 does not have a compass so it has no way of determining which
way you are heading unless you are moving. Most units won't show heading
changes if they detect you're stationary or have poor reception. Possible
your C330 has more pessimistic thresholds than the Nuvi. However, if you're
seeing this while moving in good reception conditions there's a problem.
One drawback of the Nuvi 200 is that it does not give you much feedback on
reception.

It sometimes thinks I'm moving when I'm not.

I guess I'll trade it in. Do you know what models if any have a
compass?

Well this is happening in FL on clear sunny days outside no trees no
canyons no tall buildings etc etc.
