Newbie wants to know if I can start a trip from other than where the GPS is located?

| I'd like to see the route my Nuvi 250 would take me from an airport to
a hotel in another city to get an idea in advance. Is there a way to
do this, and if so how?
Thanks,
Norm

This seems to be an area of functionality that is not included in the Nuvi
250, although it is included in more expensive models. You can still see
the route from any airport to one location by setting the airport as the via
point (only one via point allowed) and the hotel as the final destination.
Crude, but workable. Setting the via point is covered in the manual.
Hope this helps.
