I have a C330. While in Canton Township (Detroit area) the other day, I wanted
to go back to Canada via Port Huron/Sarnia so I entered Sarnia Ontario in the
unit. Away we go, but heading south. Mmmm. Then I noticed that the ETA was
something like 10:45 AM and this was at 3PM! I pulled over and selected the
screen where the mileage to your destination is shown and it was over 2000
kilometers, instead of just a few to the north.

I have no idea what route the GPS was taking, but I didn't think I wanted the
scenic route, so to speak.

I then selected the Port Huron Cracker Barrel restaurant from my favourites (we
were going there anyhow) and it took us to the door, as usual. Can anyone tell
me what might have happened in this instance? Unfortunately, I didn't check the
'map' view of Sarnia when it was first entered. It's long gone now, but it
would have been interesting to know.

A week or so ago someone posted a similar thing. From New Jersey to NYC 20
miles to the east, it wanted to take him to Detroit first. Check your
settings to see if you have "avoid toll roads" or similar checked.

Used my c340 from White Lake to Sarnia. 86 miles in 2:15 non scenic.

I thought I'd read something one time or another! I'll look for that. I have
changed nothing in my GPS before, nor after. It worked great since this glitch.
