ok - just bought one online.... should receive it in a day or two.
will use it as we travel around looking at various colleges.

Is there a way to pre-load it with POI's such as the schools or other
locations ?

Also - is there a way for some rural locations that may not be on the map
to again, preload a POI with a specific GPS set of coords or ?

How do you handle pre-defining locations that might not be on the map,
like even a fishing spot, a cabin, or a hiking trailhead ?
