Hi,

I'm a new Magellan customer. I have a surelly simple question. How can I
compute and transfert to the magellan more (or other) background data?
Actually I have europe data. I wish to (manually) compute data for
hiking and upload them into the magellan.

I'm under GNU/Linux.

Thanks for all idea or links.

If you mean maps then you can't other than by using the Magellan
applications, e.g. DirectRoute.

If you mean waypoints and routes then the eXplorist application supplied on
the CD will transfer them as will GPSBabel. BPSBabel runs on Linux.
www.gpsbabel.org.
