sending mapsend topo 3d to explorist xl

I have nt been able to upload to the unit or to the sd card. New
explorist and mapsend software and the explorist says the files are
empty.

Any help on the uplaod steps would be helpfull.

Make sure you are running the conversion program from the eXplorist CD.
And make sure you have told the eXplorist to use the correct file.
