I ordered one a while back and it just came in the mail today.
It's an actual Magellan brand adapter, not an aftermarket
model.

I measured it at 5.14 Volts. The outer ring is negative.
It works great.

That seems reasonable, give that the 400, 500, and 600 models will
recharge from a USB port. Quite convenient for those of us who carry
laptops.
