cut to the size you require

soak in rubbing alcohol for a couple minutes in a shallow dish

with your finger tip, rub away the film

rinse with light soap and water

using a light, soapy water, apply a couple of drops the the screen you
want to protect

starting at one edge, slowy lay the sheet of plastic film you cut to
size onto the screen

to help prevent the square corners from catching and peeling the film
off, cut the square corners at a 45-degree angle

I use this on my Garmin GPS 195, Explorist 300 and Newton 2100 screens
