Don't worry about it, Jack. I may sound nasty and severe sometimes, but
have nothing but best wishes for the net and it's development.

In re: Al Gore. I'll take it that you are a republican. ;-)

Seriously though, he just had an awkward way of expressing himself. He
bungled that big time.

The first political web page ever by constructed at MIT as soon as the
Clinton/Gore candidacy was announced. It was a simple list of their
papers. We had to program HTML by hand those days.
