Hello all:

I've just come back from HELL with this piece of junk. I bought one, it
ran flaky, I returned it. Second one, similar problems. Downloaded all
patches, still NG. Tech support had me clear the flash, still NG.
Another support call, and I had to wipe it clean, re-install all
software and maps; couldn't even do that. After 30 minutes of speaking
with a supervisor to replace the unit with a brand new one, they told me
the 510 is obsolete, so I asked for an upgrade. They then told me to
send in the unit (at my shipping expense), they'd look at it for 2
weeks, and then send me a THIRD 510! NO WAY!

So, what units can you recommend that are similar but are reliable:
4.0" or 4.3" screen, car-based unit, for around $200.00. I do NOT need
MP3 player capability, just GPS.

Thanks.
