Disttance travled on Track log

Is there a way to display on the screen the distnace travled so far in a
track log?

The only way I can find to get a track distance is saving the track log at
the end of the track and then it tells me the distance of the track. But
how about as I am going getting the distance in progress?

If you have a screen with 'Trip Odometer' you can click on menu and reset
trip. This will show you distance in progress.
