I just installed firmware 1.72.18.02 and I do not have any of those
"new" icons. Maybe you installed an earlier update and Magellan is
now hiding them ?

I returned it to the Magellan Canadian service center for repair...the
icons made me think that it had installed the Crossover software for the
2500T or an upgrade to the Crossover option for the 2200t since it
showed the Marine and Outdoor icons....but I was positive I had followed
the download instructions to a "t", the only thing was that it never
restarted after the download, I left it for an hour!

Just got a new 2200t in the mail as a fix to the above problem, quick
service and a great fix but this new 2200T has a small hole on the Front
cover right above the word "Roadmate"...whats with this? I wonder if it
will effect the water resistance of this unit?
