| After installing Version 6 on my Roadmate 760 and the unit failing to power
up; it took me from 12/26/07 until today to finally get through to the
"Service Department". I was on hold off and on since 12/26 for almost 2.3
hours.
Finally got a RMA number and a shipping address in Ft. Worth, TX.
I as told that I should expect return in 2-3 weeks. It took me that long to
get the RMA number.
Now if I can just get it back, in one piece and operable I will feel quite
lucky.
This experience has been what masturbating with a cheese grater must feel
like..

Be sure to have a tracking # when you ship it.
They've been known to lose units coming to them.
