In my case, I installed the update asap, had to copy the dvd to the drive,
when it was done, no voice for street names or intersections, after 10 hours
in a two day expand, I was tranfer to different phone extentions then given
an RA#. send it 01/03/08, customer service is the worst I have had, in India
they do not give you a name, just a number. I will keep you inform with the
outcome. I'm thinking Garmin right now.
