Personal Use: How helpful is GPS tracking?

GPS tracking allows parents to know where their children are.
It eliminates a lot of the worry when your kids are driving home from
college. You know where they are at all times and when to expect
them.
Parents of teenagers never have to wonder if their son or daughter is
where they said they would be. There are no more late night phone
calls asking "Where are you?" Thanks to the GPS tracking system.
Baby boomers can track their elderly parents, too, and make sure they
are safe.
When you know where your teenager or elderly parent is (using GPS
tracking system), you can also allow them to be more independent.
Knowing they are being tracked also makes them more careful and less
prone to take chances.
