New to Vodafone - How do I get access to my online bill?
|
|
| Random 2005-10-27, 11:48 pm |
| I've been a vodafone customer for 2 days now and I've signed up online
for "My Vodafone" so I can check my bill, see how many minutes I've got
etc.. but it wants a number from my paper bill before it'll let me get in.
How long before I get some paperwork with this info on?
Alternatively, is there a number I can call that will tell me what I've
used (minutes and text) so far either via voice or text? (Ideally a free
number)
Also, the salesguy told me that internet time was taken out of my
alloted texts (i.e 1 meg = 20 texts or something)
Do I need to set anything special for this on the handset? It's a W800i
on the 200 minutes/250 texts plan if that matters. I'm just trying to
find out how many of my texts I've used by browsing the Vodafone live site.
Thanks
R

Easiest way is to dial 191, then option 2 and then option 1.
You will receive a text message displaying the info you require.

If it wants your account number, that should be on the flyer that is
with the SIM card when it is mailed to you.

191, but only after your first bill is prepared online.

The GPRS should just work, you probably need to get the adult content
bar removed (costs a quid by credit card or free if you visit a Vodafone
shop) as then the 'internet' APN has all port filtering removed.

Phone CS on 191. You will have billing number allocated.
