Orange EQ one2one & Flextel 07010 - price hike

| A warning to anyone who uses the OVP equivalent of an old one2one tariff
to call Flextel 07010 numbers:
On my latest bill, Orange have reclassified 07010 from Flextel to
Personal Number Services and put the prices up accordingly. I'm on EQ
one2anytime 150 and they have charged £20.779+VAT for a 122-minute
off-peak call (20p per min). On last month's bill, and for as long as I
can remember, the same number was charged at 2p per min.
A 4-second call in peak time has been charged at £0.430+VAT (a massive
£7.50 per min!). Previously it was 10p per min.
This has resulted in a huge bill for me this month, as virtually all my
calls are to Flextel numbers. I will obviously be disputing the bill on
the grounds that they did not notify me of this change in advance.

O are robbers really. I found that on Orange PAYG (about 4 years ago
now) you could dial flextel number at 25p peak and 10p off peak, great
for calling mobiles. However sometimes they were charging me random
amounts per minute, between 30 and 50p. They couldn't understand why
this was happening. I complained to the exec office and had a nice
=A350 credited to my account. Shortly after they amended the prices on
the website to reflect 50 odd p per min.......
You should easily get your money back if they didn't notify you.
