O2 Online - How long before accepting another order?

| I ordered 2 PAYG phones form the O2 website a couple of weeks ago. Now when
I try and order another one, the site will not complete the order. The
rejection email contains this text: "This may be because you have either
exceeded your mobile phone allocation or we have been unable to validate
your credit card details. For security reasons, we have a limit on the
number of phones you can order from us within a fixed period. We also
restrict the number of times a credit or debit card can be used within a
fixed period."
Anyone know how long the "period" is?
TIA

probably over 30 days. Which should be greater than the statement
periodicity.
