who would you suggest?

| My other half makes very few phone calls - they only send text
messages. The text messages are to friends / relatives on a whole
range of different UK mobile networks.
Can anyone suggest a suitable pay as you go tariff that offers very
cheap texts?
Thanks,
Graham

virgin: http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/...iff/tariff.html
calls:
to virgin users: 15p/min for first 3 mins/day, then 5p/min
to other users: 35p/min
text msgs:
to other providers: 10p
to virgin users: 3p
I believe '3 are thought to be cheap too - but apparantly their coverage
isn't so good, and there is (was) some complication witht heir billing.

o2-online
shop.o2.co.uk
You can get a pay as you go sim card, that will give you 300 free texts, 100
free minutes, or a mixture of the two, as logn as you top up with £10 per
month. You also keep the £10 you've topped up with, so it's a pretty good
deal.
