A friend on O2 PAYG has been getting reverse charge texts from 82388.
They have ignored several "Stop All" requests. I've passed on the advice
on grumbletext.co.uk which gives numbers she can call (both ICTIS and
the company that own that shortcode) and she'll try that on mon. Is
there anything else people can suggest to help her get stuff refunded?
Is there an equivalent of the Orange Exec office that she can escalate
stuff to if O2 CS try to palm her off?

Apparently the Sim was bought from Safeway several years ago, I don't
know if O2 have different PAYG providers, or if they only do that for
contract.
