"ORANGE will no longer permit customers on tariffs costing over £50
per month or its popular OVP deals to migrate after six months.

The changes follow adjustments made last month that saw downgrades
prevented on Orange’s high-value Premier tariffs, and is thought to
have major implications for cashback deals .... "

Implications for quite a few customers ???

the only cashback deals that rely on changing tariff are usually ones
from talkworld online. Most of the others don't even allow you to change
tariff so I can't see it having any major implications

No, but after month 6 you usually are free to move.
What is the bit about OVP though? Is it *any* OVP tarrif, or just those
over £50 a month?

I'm on OVP Relax 200 at the moment, £32/month.

Only from this point on. Customers who signed up the old T&Cs will still
be subject to those same T&Cs.
