She recently upgraded to a nokia 6630 for 18 months through carphone
warehouse, but is fed up with the phones slowness, and mainly the fact that
it keeps crashing all the time - even after a replacement handset, and then
a firmware upgrade!!

So can she buy a new handset (expensive I know, but it's not my money!!!)
and just start using it or not?
