Author Lcking into free 0800s if within 12 month contract

Does anybody know if Orange will keep you on your current tarriff
(complete with free 0800s) while you are still within the 12 month
period?

I'm on ED50. For the last few years I haven't taken up an offer of a
free handset. This means I have no 12 month contract from a renewal.

Do you think I could now lock into the current ED50 tariff (with the
existing free 0800s) if I took out a renewal before 1st December?

Or would I get stuck for 12 months with chargeable 0800s?
