Best SIM-only deal at the moment

| I've got a spare Nokia 6310i that I want to put into use. What is the
best SIM-only deal at the moment. I mainly make calls to another O2
mobile during the day (let's say around 10-20 minutes per day during
peak hours) but I also occasionally make calls to non-O2 mobiles.
