I can't find anything online to confirm what the max size duo card is that a
Sony P900 will take.

P910i I know takes 512mb.

Apart from the Keypad - which I'll take off anyway, are there any other
reasons why I should get the P910i instead of the P900?

The P900 will take a standard duo up to 128mb max where the P910 accepts duo
pro's up to 1gb. The P910 also has twice the internal memory available of
the P900 and has a better screen.

I've stuck with my P900 and will stay with it until SE bring out a full
blown successor to it.

Also if you're prepared to put up with the lack of (reliable) Bluetooth,
theres an unofficial firmware update that many unlockers can do so the P900
has P910i functionality - including most importantly to me the ability to
use MS Duo Pros.
