Dial a Phone help!!!!

I purchased a Samsung D500 mobile on T-mobile from Dial a phone in march, so
far I've had no problems with the network.

The same cannot be said for the handset however!! Over the past two weeks
every time I switch the phone off, when I turn it on again the settings are
gone?????

I've contacted T-mobile and the informed me that there was nothing that they
could do as I purchased the phone from Dial a Phone, that's fair enough but
trying to get in touch with dial a phone is impossible!!!

If I did manage to get in touch with them where would I stand ???

Any help would be appreciated!!
