Got scammed by their cashback scheme.

Bought the phone, they salesman didn't warn us about when to send in the
form, just said 'send it in after 6mo'. We did, and lost money, there is
only a short period where you can get the money back.

A profitable scam I am sure.

yes that is dodgy, but I have to say that I have received fantastic
service from the Link.

They have really gone out of their way for me at times over the past
several years; being disabled I have difficulty getting to the store
and they have bent over backwards to do what they can for me.

Respect to them; genuine customer service is in short supply these
days, it is great when it still occurs.

It's not a scam really, you failed to follow the T&Cs of the cash back,
which I feel sure would be documented somewhere.

It is a scam really, as I was handed a photocopied piece of paper, with the
requirements written in small type, after being lied to by the salesman.

It is not legal to have a customer sign a misleading contract.

As this was a reputable store, I imagined that they wouldn't go in for this
kind of scam. Conning a customer into a cash scheme, then setting up
conditions that many customers will not meet.

The Link would only accept cash requests in a few weeks. The only reason for
this is dishonesty.

As I said, beware the Link.
