| Hi,
I need a PAC code for an O2 PAYG phone - their website isn't the most
intuitive when it comes to contact details - can anyone please suggest
a phone number I can call from a landline?

a PUK code is something entirely different from a PAC code. a PUK code
is for unlocking your phone if you've typed the pin in wrong too many
times; a PAC code is a code that can be used for transferring a mobile
number to another network.
