Anyone own an SPV - M2000 - query on content of companion CD(s)

| Hi Folks,
I've picked up a discounted unlocked Orange SPV - M2000 from Computer
Exchange. It does not have the manual or the companion CD(s).
I've already downloaded the manual from the Orange Website. Can anyone
advise whether there is any notable content on the Companion CD(s) besides
Activesync?
Just checking that I'm not missing out of any thing substantial. If it's
just tutorials or shareware then I'm not that bothered.
Any info appreciated.
Brgds,

No. And the version of activesync on the CD is already out of date I
think.
