they have 'lost' my past 3 cashback claims (various deals for the
family), only for them to appear later on after i got the proof of
signature from royal mail and sent onestop a copy.

i eventually got the cashback but they're a bunch of jokers.

I eventually got mine too, last Friday. It was posted August 5th,
delivered August 6th. According to OSPS, the cheque was produced on
their system on August 23rd. After two phone-calls to them, it
finally got here on September 23rd, with a date on the cheque of
August 8th. Rrright.
