Author Video msg from Three stuffed my USIM

I just received a 'marketing' video message from Three, advertising
their new internet access offerings.

It started to play automatically and crashed my handset (NEC 338).
Now, when trying to power up it tells me 'No USIM present, Emergency
calls only'.

1. Anyone got a landline number for Three?
2. Any suggestions other than cleaning the USIM (done that) or praying
to Allah?
3. Will Three have to provide a replacement USIM and if they do, what
are the considerations for the handset needing unlocking PIN codes
(entered them when I bought the thing last Xmas, but cannot find the
codes now! doh!)

TIA
Rob
