Where can I find out more about Premicells and similar devices? Where is
the cheapest source of supply and are they available on contract?

If you want standard Premicells, they're usually available on ebay.

If you want more sophisticated multi-line analogue, ISDN2 and ISDN30
versions, I can help you source these if you wish (my email is my full
name with no dot at my business name dot com).
