can somebody help me please - my answer fax does not take the fax messages ,
it says somthing avbout this service is not supported when someboy tries to
send me a fax , i have tried talking to orange customer services (this is a
very difficult task as they can not speak english too well) and after
spending about an hour on the phone they told me something like they have a
few transmitters down and this is afecting my answer fax , after arguing
that this is not a transmitter issue as i have had this problem for 2 months
they said call back after a week and they will have fixed the trasmitters by
then. i had a similar problem about 3 years ago and i was given a code by
customer services that was supposed to fix the fax diverts it began with *#
and i can not remember the rest of it .

It's nothing to do with any transmitters.

Your best bet would be to call 156 for fax and data support.
