Help copying contacts from a ".txt" file to a 6233

Has anybody got any idea how to copy a list of contacts from a text
file to a Nokia 6233. They were stored there by a piece of Phone
Management Software but I can't get the info to go back.

Copy and paste the .txt into an excel sheet. Import the excel sheet into
Outlook (you may have to experiment a bit to get this right) then sync
outlook to your 6233.

This assumes you use a PC with Outlook of course.
