Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that you will no longer be able to access www.

easymobile.com after the 8th of December. Please use our new website
www.shimmerbright.com where you will be able to access all the facilities
that you would receive from easyMobile.
Whilst the name change will have no impact on the network or customer
service provided to you, please remember that we will be withdrawing our
service from the UK market on 13th December 2006. Please ensure that you
have made arrangements to transfer your number to a new service provider by
7th December 2006 to ensure that you do not lose your mobile telephone
number.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 0845 612 4500,
via email or using our on-line Chat facility. The Customer Service team are
available Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
